In 1983, I started as a sushi chef and business operator with the skill and the knowledge to make fine sushi, and, with the dream to be successful, I was able to use these skills to make very detailed sushi making machines. Because of this, Tomoe has become one of the top brands of sushi machines and has also brought about some changes to the old sushi-making concept. The most important thing to us is that people say our sushi is tasty. Also, we listen closely to our user's comment, and will make any necessary changes on our machines so that Tomoe's sushi machines stay at the top of the industry.
Genuine technology made possible by a unique concept. In the past, the only way to make fine sushi was by hiring experienced sushi chefs. Now, we have the technology to provide anyone, even those not experienced with sushi making, an opportunity to be successful in the sushi business. Our unique rollers can quickly produce "firm but soft and artistic" sushi, which are the characteristics of the perfect sushi made by the professional sushi chefs. Our machines have the ability to mass-produce high quality sushi, which is difficult for professional sushi chefs to accomplish by themselves. Tomoe sushi machines have demonstrated their capabilities in every aspect of the sushi business. Our sushi machines know the sushi chef's secret. In 1983, Tomoe introduced the much-talked about distinctive special rollers set in the front of the machines. What makes these rollers unique is that they make flapping movements in order to form each shari piece, allowing each piece to hold in the ideal amount of air. This was developed through a long process of trial and error. Because of the unique rollers, our machines are capable of producing shari at the same degree of softness as those made by experienced sushi chefs.
